Wherever you are: We partner with businesses everywhere, on-site or remote, and travel to our clients.

What we do

Less friction.
Better operations.

We find the workarounds, bottlenecks, and missed handoffs holding your business back—then replace them with clear, usable systems your team can actually run.

01

Operational Audits

Get a clear-eyed review of how work moves through your business. We identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, and the biggest opportunities to improve speed, margin, and consistency.

02

Process Streamlining & SOPs

Turn tribal knowledge and improvised workflows into straightforward processes. Your team gets practical SOPs, clear roles, and repeatable handoffs that reduce rework.

03

Automation & AI Implementation

Put the right technology to work on repetitive tasks, follow-up, and information flow. We focus on useful automation that fits your team—not tools for tools’ sake.

04

KPI Dashboards & Reporting

Know what is working before the month is over. We build focused reporting around the numbers that help owners and managers make faster, more confident decisions.

05

Cost & Waste Reduction

Expose unnecessary spend, idle time, duplicated effort, and revenue leakage. Then prioritize changes that improve the operation without compromising customer experience.

How it works

From friction to forward motion.

A focused, hands-on approach that starts with what matters most and turns the plan into working operations.

STEP 01

Free Ops Audit

We dig into your operations, talk through the day-to-day, and find the leaks consuming time, money, and attention.

STEP 02

Roadmap

You get a prioritized plan built around impact and effort—with quick wins first and bigger system changes sequenced clearly.

STEP 03

Implementation

We build the systems with your team, make sure they work in the real world, and measure what improves.

Is this for you?

The right fit matters.

We do our best work with businesses that have built something worth improving—and owners who are ready to create a more dependable way to run it.

Your business could be next.
01

Owner-led and ready for the next chapter

You know the business deeply, but too much still depends on your direct involvement.

02

A capable team that is stretched thin

Good people are working hard, yet unclear processes and competing priorities keep creating friction.

03

Growth is exposing operational cracks

Demand is not the problem. Fulfillment, consistency, follow-through, or visibility is slowing progress.

04

Ready to systematize—not bureaucratize

You want more discipline and repeatability without burying your team in complexity.

The team

Strategy meets operations.

GMC combines technology, growth thinking, and hands-on operational experience to help businesses run better.

Advisor

Johnny Thomas

Johnny Thomas is an operator who has built companies from the ground up, scaled them across multiple locations, and sold them. As Founder & CEO of GlassPro, he took the company from startup to a thriving recurring-revenue business — leading a large field organization across multiple crews, installing the management layer and operating infrastructure (CRM, scheduling, dispatch, routing, invoicing, and automation) that let the business scale beyond its founder, and personally negotiating its profitable sale. He built a loyal base of recurring commercial accounts that earned an exceptional volume of five-star reviews, and carried full P&L responsibility across pricing, labor, materials, and margin. As an advisor, he has diagnosed and turned around underperforming businesses across industries, repeatedly multiplying client revenue within a single year of engagement. Earlier in his career, he played a lead role launching new state chapters for a national organization — handling fundraising, staffing, and infrastructure from scratch in each market — built a substantial new-asset pipeline through pure outbound prospecting, and served as a board director with fiduciary oversight of the organization's budget.
